Terra Innovators Association

Terra Innovators Association (TIA) is a Section 8 non‑profit organisation registered under India’s Companies Act (2013), based in Delhi.

We believe that every individual deserves the chance to learn, grow and find happiness in a career aligned with their passions. TIA’s founders—Shri Dhanpal Sharma, a decorated Indian Air Force veteran, and Mr Saurabh Nanda, an internationally respected educator and career consultant—have combined their experiences to create a happiness‑focused organisation that merges community development with cutting‑edge career guidance

Impact Stories

Real people. Real change. Discover how TIA’s programs are transforming lives—one learner, one village, and one dream at a time.

Global Horizons

A tribal student from an Eklavya Model Residential School dreamed of studying environmental policy overseas. Through TIA’s guidance she secured admission and a scholarship to a Japanese university. She now advocates for sustainable development back home, inspiring her peers to pursue global education.

Teacher Transformation

After attending CMTP, a career-counsellor mentorship program, a science teacher from a tribal school began integrating digital tools and project-based learning into her classes. As a result, students showed greater engagement and improved exam scores, highlighting the powerful impact of teacher development.

Entrepreneurial Spark

At an entrepreneurship boot camp, a team of students created an app that connects rural artisans to urban buyers. With ongoing mentorship, they fine-tuned their business plan and obtained seed funding. Today, the app helps dozens of artisans expand their reach and increase their incomes.

Mobile Health Matters

In a remote village without healthcare facilities, TIA provided health education. Our team delivered lessons on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention, helping villagers improve their health awareness. Regular visits included basic medical check-ups and mental health support, empowering the community.
