Terra Innovation Association believes that unless members of the civil society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen. We encourage and invite individuals for volunteer opportunities and volunteer registration, to be an active part of our organization and share the same vision and purpose as us – to work for the welfare of children and their families. Volunteers are the backbone of every organization – they not only carry the organization’s ideals within them, but also spread the message far and beyond, sensitizing the society towards the cause. Volunteer for NGO, volunteer to serve, spread some smiles!
Every TIA volunteer carries a story—of hope, courage, and transformation. These stories remind us that one person’s action can change many lives.
While mentoring students in a tribal village, I met Raju, a 13-year-old who had dropped out of school. With TIA’s support, I helped convince his family to re-enroll him and provided books and a uniform. Today, he’s back in class and thriving. Being part of his journey reminded me that small steps can rebuild a child’s future.
At a TIA wellness camp, I spoke with a student facing severe stress and isolation. Using my volunteer training, I offered support and connected her to a counselor. A few weeks later, she messaged me, saying she felt hopeful again. That moment showed me the life-changing power of simply listening. This my Volunteer Journey
During TIA’s digital skills program, I noticed many rural girls lacked access to basic tech education. I started a weekend learning hub. We began with just 8 girls; now over 30 attend regularly. Watching their confidence grow with every class has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
I joined a TIA mobile health camp to support with logistics, but one day, a woman went into early labor. With help from our team and a local nurse, we safely delivered her baby girl. It was intense—but unforgettable. That experience showed me how volunteers can make a real difference, even in life-or-death moments.
From mentoring students and training teachers to supporting health camps and innovation workshops—our volunteers play a vital role in every corner of our mission.
