Terra Innovators Association was incorporated as a non‑profit company in April 2025. Founder Shri Dhanpal Sharma served the Indian Air Force for over four decades, retiring as an Honorary Flying Officer. He managed critical mechanical systems, security and IT operations, and spent 12 years instructing and counselling cadets. Post‑retirement he has been actively engaged with multiple organisations and continues to mentor students, lead defence‑awareness and champion national unity. His dedication to nation‑building and youth empowerment informs TIA’s mission.
Mr Saurabh Nanda, founder of SN Mentoring Consultancy Services (ISO 9001:2015 certified), joined as co‑founder. A former computer engineer, Saurabh developed the Spheres of Understanding, Step Zero and Micro‑Experiments frameworks for career guidance. He has impacted over 20,000 students and educators across 35+ countries, mentors youth on sustainability, tech4good and psychology projects, and hosts two podcasts. Saurabh is the Chief Coordinator for all CSR‑funded projects under India’s Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA), overseeing career mentorship, teacher‑training boot camps and entrepreneurship boot camps for tribal students nationwide. His flagship Career Mentors Training Program (CMTP) is designed to empower educators, counsellors, and aspiring mentors. His accolades include the Jagran Josh Education Award (2022), the Rex Karamveer Chakra bronze medal (2024) and the Outreach Collective award for innovation in counselling.
